Surgutneftegas Commissions Alinskoye Field
OREANDA-NEWS. July 06, 2009. "Surgutneftegas" started commercial operation of the Alinskoye field, the second field in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) put onstream after the Talakanskoye field which started to operate in last October, reported the press-centre of Surgutneftegas.
Vassiliy Grabtsevich, First Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), and Anatoliy Nuryaev, First Deputy Director General of OJSC "Surgutneftegas", took part in the opening ceremony of cutting the red ribbon arranged at the time of putting booster pump station No. 1 at the Alinskoye field into operation.
At the same day the best employees were recognized and awarded with state awards of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), merit certificates, "Civil Merit" decorations, merit certificates of Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), merit certificates of OJSC "Surgutneftegas" and the Company United Trade Union. The employee recognition list included over 100 people. To honor merits for social and economic development of the region and long conscientious service, and on account of putting the Alinskoye field into operation, three representatives of the Company were presented with gold wristwatches and granted titles of honor "Honored worker of national economy", "Honored transport worker" and "Honored constructor" of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
- Less than a year passed since we pumped the first oil into the trunk pipeline, and on June 23, 2009, ESPO receives one million tons of oil – says Anatoliy Nuryaev, First Deputy Director General of OJSC "Surgutneftegas", - Today we commence operation of the Alinskoye field to back up the main Talakanskoye oil field which translates into enhanced resource base, new commitments and achievements.
In 2009, the Alinskoye field is scheduled to produce over 10 thousand tons of oil. This year the Company plans to produce in total over 1.9 mn tons of oil in Eastern Siberia.
