OREANDA-NEWS. On 07 July 2009 was announced, that seventy per cent of industrial plants are to be removed from Pechatniki township in southeastern Moscow by 2025 where homes and roads will be built instead.

According to the prefecture of Moscow’s southeastern administrative district, it is planned to provide neighbourhood 34E with housing. The development area will be 6.6 hectares.

Kukhmisterova Street will be widened to 6 lanes. Besides, a 5-kilometre tunnel is to be dug under the Moskva River in Nagatino.

The Park dedicated to the 60th Anniversary of the Victory (in World War II) with the area of 27.2 hectares will be laid out along the embankment of the Moskva River.
