The commission approving candidates for managing positions in financial organizations with the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations approved Mr. Pavel Nazaryan for a position of a member of the Board of Directors of the Bank (protocol No. 309 dated June 23, 2009).
