OREANDA-NEWS. July 03, 2009. First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Victor A. Zubkov and Chairman of the Management Board and CEO of Russian Agricultural Bank Yuri V. Trushin participated in the opening ceremony of “Belgrankorm-Veliky Novgorod” poultry complex in Novgorod Region, reported the press-centre of Russian Agricultural Bank. 

The investment project was implemented with RusAg’s loans, totaling RUR 1.96 billion. The estimated capacity of the complex is some 42 thousand tons of poultry meat per year.

Yuri V. Trushin took part in the meeting chaired by Victor A. Zubkov and discussed the issues of agribusiness development in Novgorod Region.

Novgorod Regional Branch of Russian Agricultural Bank has been operating for nine years. Today, there are 13 RusAg’s additional offices in the region. In 2009, the loan portfolio of the regional branch has grown 20% and reached RUR 4.5 billion by the end of June.
