Compared to previous cooperation, the cooperation month focuses more on substantial issues. “In addition to real estate valuation, we are also offering energy performance certification for buildings,” Tiina Shein says.
Merilin Ader, Nordea Bank’s project manager in charge of real estate partnerships noted that the continuing low euribor rate is keeping the housing loan interest rates down as well. “As we wish to support our clients in acquiring new homes even under tough economic circumstances, Nordea Bank is offering good deals on interest margins,” she added.

Valuation service is necessary for every prospective homeowner. That is why Uus Maa is offering it with a 30% discount to all Nordea’s customers in its bureaus in Tallinn, Tartu, Rakvere, Parnu, Kuressaare and Viljandi. Since the beginning of this year, every client wishing to rent or purchase immovable property has the right to demand the building’s energy performance certificate. As an additional service, Uus Maa is offering the energy performance certification in its Tallinn, Viljandi and Tartu offices. During the cooperation month, customers will receive a 30% discount.
