BTA Bank Customer Support Center Now Works Round-the-Clock
OREANDA-NEWS. July 03, 2009. LLS “BTA Bank” Customer Information and Service Support Center is going to operate twenty four hours a day. At the same time the range of functions and channels of communication with customers are going to be expanded, reported the press-centre of BTA Bank.
Now the specialists of the Centre not only conduct detailed consultations in respect to products and services of the Bank but also support bank card holders twenty four hours a day. To expand channels of communication with customers consolations via Skype voice chat were introduced.
Moreover, specialists of the Centre consult customers on how to reach additional offices and branches in different cities of the Bank’s presence; wish customers happy birthdays; inform of new deposit rates; remind borrowers about their regular payments of their loans, etc.
Specialists of the Customer Information and Service Support Center attended professional trainings, which let them meet unified customer service standards. Operators’ work places are equipped with the IP Cisco Contact Center Express programme. This allows to monitor dynamics of received and processed calls in the real time mode and immediately react to changes of the internal and external environment of the Bank’s activity.
