OREANDA-NEWS. July 03, 2009. The Krasnodar branch of OJSC IC ROSNO has concluded two insurance contracts with the authorized BMW dealer, Firm Bakra Ltd., for the total amount exceeding 200 mln. roubles, reported the press-centre of ROSNO.

The insurance coverage applies to the company’s operative car showroom in Krasnodar, with total area of over 800 square meters, and a dealership centre being constructed in the township "New Adygea" of the Republic of Adygea, with total area of over 3,500 square meters.

The concluded property insurance contract protects the Krasnodar-based car showroom against the following risks: fire; explosion, lightning stroke; aircraft impact; natural disasters (earthquake, storm and hail, avalanche, flood, and landslide), soil subsidence and underground water flooding; deliberate third-party actions aimed at damaging the insured property; burglary, robbery and brigandage; breakdown of pipelines or networks (water pipes, sewage, heat supply lines); installation errors.

The BMW car dealership centre being constructed in Adygea has been protected by the contract for insurance coverage of construction and assembly works against the same risks as those covered by the first mentioned contract.
