OREANDA-NEWS. On 03 July 2009 was announced, that LLC Strategic Business Systems is expanding its area of operation. The company has opened a new separate subdivision in Orenburg. The primary objective of the newly opened subdivision is to provide integrated IT services to IES-Holding companies operating in this region.

On June 1, 2009, the company signed an IT Outsourcing Agreement with OJSC Orenburgenergosbyt. The task of the subdivision of LLC Strategic Business Systems in Orenburg is to integrate the company's IT infrastructure into the common information system of the holding company as soon as possible. Implementation of this measure will facilitate effective communications within the holding company, and enable prompt exchange of various manufacturing and financial parameters. The IT infrastructure will be developed in close cooperation with the Client's department headed by Denis Skornyakov, Deputy Quality Management and IT Director of OJSC Orenburgenergosbyt.

The priority plans of the Orenburg Branch of LLC Strategic Business Systems also include introduction of the Omni Tracker-based automatic emergency control system. Implementation of this project will enable the company to achieve a new quality level in supporting the users. The users will have access to technical support service by any convenient means (personally, by phone, by e-mail or via web-interface), and track the completion status of their respective queries on-line. The emergency control system will provide for rigid monitoring of the Service Level Agreement in respect of all services rendered to the client, identification and prompt correction of incidents having critical significance for the client's business processes.

It is worth mention that the opening of the separate subdivision in Orenburg fully complies with the general development strategy of LLC Strategic Business Systems aimed at making the company one of the three leading Russian IT companies operating in the power industry. In the short-term perspective the company plans to continue expanding its geographic outreach and client base.

Mikhail Shirokozhukhov, former Head of IT Department in OJSC TGC-6, and later Commercial Director of the Kirov branch of LLC Strategic Business Systems, was appointed Head of the subdivision of LLC Strategic BusinessSystems in Orenburg.
