OREANDA-NEWS. On 03 July 2009 was announced, that according to the decision of OTP Bank Supervisory Board Mikhail Kuzmin and Miklos Bebiak are appointed to the position of the Management Board members of OTP Bank. Mr. Kuzmin will be responsible for risk management, in particular, to carry out the control over loan collection and credit risks, as well as loans monitoring and administration. Mr. Bebiak who is at the same time Chief Financial Officer, will supervise a finance administration, including statutory reporting and accounting, financial controlling, strategy and assets and liabilities management.

Mikhail Kuzmin was born in 1961in Moschona (Kovel district Volyn region). In 1983 he graduated from Shevchenko Kyiv National University in the field of “General physics”.  In 1996 he gained the degree of PhD. The second education he obtained in Manchester Business School (UK, MBA degree in 2005, in “Finance”).

His activity in the banking sector began in 1997. He has served as dealer, head of department, division’s head and member of the Management Board in Energobank and VABank. In 2001-2004 he was employed at Raiffeisenbank Ukraine and was responsible for risk management. He has been working in OTP Bank since November 2006 as Risk Management Director.

Speaks fluent English, Russian and Ukrainian languages. Married, has a son and a daughter.

Miklos Bebiak was born in 1961 in Budapest. In 1983 graduated from the Agricultural University in Godollo on Economical Faculty. He is qualified accountant, graduated teacher for Banking Academy in Budapest (Special Courses in London) and examined CISA (Certified Information System Auditor).

His activity in the banking sector began in 1989. He held several other senior positions in Agrobank, Commerzbank, Deutsche Bank. In 1998 - 2000 had been working as a Chairman of the Board in Erste Bank Hungary. In 2000 - 2008 – head of controlling and accounting division of Volksbank in Hangary. In August 2008, Mr. Bebiak joined OTP Bank to the position of CFO.

Speaks fluent English, Hungarian, German and Russian languages. Married, has two daughters.
