OREANDA-NEWS. July 01, 2009. Topeltpluss program includes new benefit system and we ask all Topeltpluss customers to choose a new loyalty benefit – MyEMT Additional Monthly Volume or Free Days of Communication, reported the press-centre of EMT.

We suggest choosing MyEMT Additional Monthly Volume as a Topeltpluss benefit if the numbers on your consolidated account are bound to the MyEMT package, because MyEMT Additional Monthly Volume provides free additional calls, messages and Internet volume.
If the consolidated account contains numbers which use other service packages (e.g. Noova), we suggest choosing Free Days of Communication as a Topeltpluss benefit, because this benefit is valid for all calling service packages.

Choosing the new benefit is free for all Topeltpluss customers until 31st of August 2009. The most convenient way to change the benefit is via EMT self service, but you can also call to our free customer care number 123 (a password is needed for identification) or visit one of our representations.

Existing Topeltpluss loyalty benefits Monthly Fee Discount and Call Rate Discount will be phased out by 1st of August 2009 due to the new benefit system.
