OREANDA-NEWS. On 02 July 2009 was announced, that Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company held its Shareholders Annual Meeting, the first one involving Italian shareholder – Alenia Aeronautica, which had closed the purchase of 25%+1 share in SCAC equity on April 7, 2009. Shareholders Annual Meeting had approved Company’s Annual report’2008, annual financial report and new composition of the Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Board of Directors.

The shareholders elected the new Board of Directors with following members:

Mikhail A. Pogosyan – Director General, Sukhoi Company

Giovanni Bertolone – CEO, Alenia Aeronatica (Italy)

Vitaly P. Keondzhan – Director General, "Commercial company "Alliance Group"

Igor Y. Ozar – Deputy Director General, Corporate Finance, Sukhoi Company; Executive Director, Sukhoi Design Bureau

Viktor v. Soubbotin – President, Sukhoi Civil Aircraft Company

Vladimir M. Lopukhin – President, "Vanguard"

Carlo Logli – Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business development, Alenia Aeronautica (Italy)

Leonid N. Komm – Director, Programme and Development management, UAC

Further on the Shareholders appointed the Auditing committee:

Olga A. Aleksashina – Head of Corporate development department of Legal Unit, Sukhoi Company

Igor A. Nikishin – Finance director, Sukhoi Design Bureau

Dmitry N. Chirkin – Chief Accountant, Head of Accountance, Tax and Audit department, UAC.

In addition to that the Shareholders approved of annual financial report (the Russian standard), including the profit and loss statement for 2008. Shareholders had also appointed KPMG as an independent auditor.
