OREANDA-NEWS. On 02 July 2009 was announced, that in the second quarter of 2009, Ingosstrakh IJSC in Omsk settled 226 insured accidents under voluntary motor hull insurance and paid over RUB 5.6mln, of them RUB 3.4mln to individuals (154 claims), as well as over RUB 2.2mln to legal entities (72 claims). 

The largest payment under motor hull insurance was made for repairs of  Volkswagen Touareg at the dealer service station - about RUB 450k. The car went into the edge stone, which caused the damage.

In the second quarter, under compulsory motor TPL insurance, the branch settled 267 claims to the amount of over RUB 7mln. Of them, over RUB 5mln was paid to individuals (194 claims) and over RUB 2mln - to legal entities (73 claims). 

In total, in the second quarter of 2009, the branch of Ingosstrakh IJSC in Omsk settled 493 insured accidents and paid over RUB 12.7mln.

Previously, clients preferred to take money, now - to get a renovated car from the service station.  Insured persons can save time and don’t have to worry that they don’t have enough money for repairs. This is the level of relations between the insurer and its business partners”.
