KazTransCom (Almaty), securities of which are present in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, informed KASE by the official letter that from June 30, 2009, KazTransCom pays dividends on its preferred shares KZ1P11750117 (KASE official list second category, KZTCp) for 2008 in the amount of KZT20.00 per share, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the letter the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends was developed based on securities holders registers data as of April 24, 2009.
