OREANDA-NEWS. The Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) de-listed on June 29, 2009 from the special trading floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty (STF RFCA) common shares KZ1C42400016 (aALPL) of Insurance Company Altyn Polis (Almaty), reported the press-centre of KASE.

The opinion of KASE dated June 17, 2009 says according to results of check of Insurance company Altyn Polis and its shares for compliance with listing requirements set with order No. 04.2-09/119 of Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation of Activity of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty "On Requirements to Issuers, whose Securities are Suggested to Admission or Admitted to the Special Trading Floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty, and to such Securities" dated May 8, 2008 for the third category, the following mismatches of Insurance Company Altyn Polis and its shares with listing requirements and requirements audit organizations and to own capital were disclosed, and particularly:

- Audit of financial statements of Insurance Company Altyn Polis for 2008 was conducted by ALMATYAUDIT LLP. KASE has no information regarding compliance of this audit organization to qualification requirements set with order No. 04.2-09/78 of Chairman of the mentioned agency "On Approval of Qualification Requirements to Audit Organizations for Admission of Financial instruments to Special Trading Floor of the Regional Financial Center of   Almaty" dated April 3, 2008, which is a violation of a listing requirement set with sub-item 2) of item 6 of the Order;

- according to financial statements of Insurance Company Altyn Polis for 2008, confirmed with an audit report, as on January 1, 2009 its own capital had negative value (-KZT209.0 th), which is a violation of a listing requirement set with sub-item 4) of item 6 of the order.

On the basis of mentioned above and in accordance with sub-item 3) of item 2 of article 14 of the Rules on organization and operation of special trading floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty the shares were de-listed.

The shares were listed on STF RFCA in the third category September 4, 2008. Trade therein was not opened.
