OREANDA-NEWS. On June 29, 2009 Asaka Bank held a general meeting of shareholders to sum up 2008 results.

Shareholders approved reports of the Bank's Board, Council, internal audit, revision commission, accounting balance, report on income and loss for 2008.

The bank shareholders reviewed income distribution for 2008 and approved annual business plan for 2009, report of external auditor for 2009 and other issues.
