OREANDA-NEWS. June 30, 2009. In June, two subsidiaries of ROSNO-MS — CJSC IC NOVOSIBIRSK-MEDICINE and CJSC IC RusMed — have received the certificates on their withdrawal from the Unified Public Register of Legal Entities due to their reorganization in form of incorporation into the parent company. The resolution on reorganization of the abovementioned companies was adopted at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of OJSC ROSNO-MS on December 15’ 2008. The completed structural changes will not require replacement of the unexpired policies issued by the abovementioned companies.

"By incorporating the subsidiaries into the parent company, we were guided by the interests of our insurants. The changes are intended to optimize the organizational structure of ROSNO-MS, make it more stable, transparent and efficient. This will provide an additional impetus for technological development of the obligatory medical insurance system in St. Petersburg and the Novosibirsk Region, also creating new opportunities to enter a totally different quality level", commented Ms. Nina Galanicheva, CEO of OJSC ROSNO-МS.

For the convenience of insurants residing in the Novosibirsk Region, the management of ROSNO-MS has decided to retain the name of the reorganized company NOVOSIBIRSK-MEDICINE in the name of the Novosibirsk branch of ROSNO-MS, which the above company had been incorporated into. The reorganized Novosibirsk-Medicine Branch of OJSC ROSNO-MS will be headed by Mr. Sergey Isakov, former CEO of CJSC IC NOVOSIBIRSK-MEDICINE.
