OREANDA-NEWS. June 30, 2009. The Krasnodar Regional Arbitration Court validated the decision and the determination of the Krasnodar Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (OFAS Russia) regarding violation of Clause 1 Part 1 Article 11 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" by "Vera" Ltd. (competition-restricting agreements or concerted actions), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

On 12th June 2008, the Krasnodar OFAS Russia initiated an antimonopoly case against "Lukoil-Yugnefteproduct" Ltd., "Rosneft'-Kuban'nefteproduct" Oil Company" OJSC, "Crocus" Ltd, "Vera" Ltd. and "Veteran Vooruzhennykh Sil" Ltd. for entering in competition-restricting agreements on the market of oil products.

Having processed the case, the Commission of the Krasnodar OFAS Russia found that "Vera" Ltd. violated Clause 1 Part 1 Article 11 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition". "Vera" Ltd. fixed and maintained retail prices for motor petrol (А-76, Аi-92, Аi-95 grades) and diesel fuel, distributed through service stations located within geographic boundaries of Yeisk, at the same level with the prices fixed by "Rosneft'-Kuban'nefteproduct" Oil Company" OJSC and "Veteran Vooruzhennykh Sil" Ltd.

On 19th June 2009 the Krasnodar Regional Arbitration Court dismissed the claim of "Vera" Ltd.
