OREANDA-NEWS. June 29, 2009. In the Training center of insurance business `Sugurta olami` of NEIIC `Uzbekinvest` was conducted training on `Insurance of employer`s liability`, organized by Association of professional members of insurance market of Uzbekistan, reported the press-centre of Uzbekinvest.

The main aim of conducting the training, in which leading employees of Head office, underwriters and specialists of territorial branches of company `Uzbekinvest` have participated, was to introduce the order of realizing current type of insurance and discussion of all main points of №210 Law of Uzbekistan `About obligatory insurance of civil liability of employer` from 16.04.2009. During seminar there were overviewed mechanisms of civil liability insurance, compensation of damage, regulation of insurance tariffs, and also discussed problems of underwriting and order of determining the size of damage.

Particularly the current type of insurance provides an opportunity to defend material interests of employer related with his liability of compensating the damage of employee`s life or health, occurred on production, and interests of employee, as well as damage will be compensated. Employer is liable to employees in case of: employer`s personal innocence, if employer couldn`t supply proper and safe equipment, safe working conditions and work organization, violation of legislative acts, resulting employer`s liability and etc.

At the end of the seminar certificates about successful pass of the training were presented to all listeners.
