OREANDA-NEWS. On 29 June 2009 was announced, that the first stage of the 8th emission is going on at Oranta National Joint-Stock Insurance Company. For the period from June 16 to June 23, Oranta’s existing shareholders have purchased 6,206,785 shares to the amount of UAH 36,309,692.

As a reminder, the first stage of stock flotation will take 15 calendar days and will last to June 30, 2009, inclusive. According to the decision adopted at Oranta's shareholders' meeting on April 17, 2009, Oranta will increase its statutory fund by 600,093,000. The statutory fund will be increased by issuing additional nominal shares (102,580,000) with a nominal value of UAH 5.85 each. The shares will be offered publicly. As a result of additional emission, the statutory capital will total UAH 775,125,000.
