OREANDA-NEWS. On June 25, 2009 Roman Lokhov, Managing Director of OTKRITIE Investment Bank (JSC), joined Board of Directors of "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange, reported the press-centre of OTKRITIE FC.

The decision was adopted at an annual general meeting of the stock exchange's participants. The RTS Board consists of 17 representatives of the leading investment companies and banks.

Mr. Lokhov is in charge of global brokerage services at OTKRITIE Financial Corporation Ltd. and acts as CEO of Otkritie Securities Limited. Mr. Lokhov graduated from Novosibirsk State University and holds Ph.D. in Economics Carl v. Ossietzky University of Oldenburg. Prior joining OTKRITIE Financial Corporation Mr. Lokhov served as Managing Director of GL Trade AG's Moscow Branch in Russia from 2005 to 2007 and was responsible for the Company's day-to-day management and business development in Eastern Europe across all product lines.
