OREANDA-NEWS. On June 24, 2009 Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (Almaty), the listed company of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE by the official letter that, reported the press-centre of KASE:

Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Bank) informs that by results of implemented in April and May 2009 the Bank subsidiaries shareholders annual general meetings in Mongolia, the Bak as the sole shareholder decided to liquidate established at the end of 2007 companies - Halyk NBFO and Halyk Dornod.

Considering that these Bank subsidiaries from the opening moment and till the present time did not implement any activities, the Bank decision will not affect current operational activities of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan.
