OREANDA-NEWS. June 24, 2009. A meeting of the Supervisory Board of RBD took place chaired by M.Kopeikin, the Member of the Board - Deputy Chairman of Vnesheconombank, reported the press-centre of RBD.

One of the main issues of the agenda was optimizing SME lending support by the Bank. Resulting the discussion the Supervisory Board adopted a number of decisions aimed at updating and adjustment the RBD’s Program in accordance with the current economic realities. According to M.Kopeikin “these efforts represent a movement towards both counter-party banks involved in the program and to its potential participants – banks and SME infrastructure support entities”.

Furthermore the Supervisory Board approved all the documents required for discussion at the annual general meeting of shareholders: the annual report of the Bank for the year 2008, candidatures for the Supervisory Board and the Auditing Committee of RBD and the Auditor of the Bank for 2009.
