On 25 June 2009 was announced, that there was a meeting of the Board of Directors of Ingosstrakh IJSC that elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, Oleg Samuilovich Vikhanskiy. Mikhail Yurievich Volkov was elected Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ingosstrakh IJSC.

Oleg Vikhanskiy was born in 1946. In 1969, he graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University majoring in economic cybernetics; holds PhD in Economy, Professor.

1988 — till now — Head of Production Management Chair, Economy Department, Lomonosov Moscow State University.

1998 — till now — Advisor, Basic Element Ltd. (part-time).

2000 – till now – Dean, Higher School of Business, Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Oleg Vikhanskiy is a member of the Academic Council of the Lomonosov Moscow State University, Head of the Academic Council of the Higher School of Business of the Lomonosov Moscow State University.

M. Volkov was born in 1972. In 1994, he graduated from the St. Petersburg State Technical University majoring in “information systems in economy” and “marketing, management and foreign economic activities of enterprises”. In 2004, he graduated with honors from the Chicago Graduate School of Business, Executive MBA. In 1997, he became member of the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

In 2002 – 2004 – Financial Controller, Moscow Representation of Sun Capital Partners Consulting Limited.

2004 – 2007 – Executive Vice-President, Insurance Company NASTA-CENTER.
