OREANDA-NEWS. June 24, 2009. The pensions have been paid timely and in full amount in June. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko said on opening the Governmental sitting today.

The Head of Government stressed revenues of the Pension Fund in 2009 exceed the showings of last year.

“The Pension Fund, owing to their profile system of work, even under conditions of hard crisis times gathered by 4.5% more in June against the same month of successful 2008,” Yulia Tymoshenko emphasized. 

The Premier noted provocative statements of top officials and representatives of opposition that pensions aren’t paid, their amount is cut – are far from truth.

“I wish to reiterate that pensions will be reimbursed in full amount and according to the schedule, despite the challenges of the world financial crunch. The beneficiaries must know that they can rely on our Government and we will do our duty accurately and professionally,” Yulia Tymoshenko urged.
