OREANDA-NEWS. June 22, 2009.  Ceremonial opening of the outlet №1 of OJSC "Bank of Cyprus" in Zhytomyr took place with an address at: Zhytomyr, 12 Victory Street. tel. (041) 48-03-24, 48-03-25.

On the ceremonial opening were present: Head of Management of the National Bank in the region Gordiychuk O.M., Chairman of the Board of Bank of Cyprus Bayraka V.M., First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Bank of Cyprus Nicos Sofroniou, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Bank of Cyprus Kuzovkin I.V., Head of outlet Pryschepa R.F. and representatives of the business community of Zhytomyr.

As noted Chairman of the Board of Bank of Cyprus Bayraka Vladislav Michaylovich, that this outlet will become the first outlet, which will present a new image of the Bank of Cyprus Group that includes our Bank. The outlet is decorated in a new corporate style with the use of a new logotype - olive-branch, which symbolizes prosperity, longevity and stability. Its confirmation is that fact that this year Bank of Cyprus Group has accomplished 110 years.

The outlet will work from Monday till Friday from 9.00 to 18.00, lunch hours from 13.00 to 14.00. The outlet offers to the clients the following services:

Opening of current account;

Realization of purchase - sale of foreign currency;

Verification of national and foreign notes  on authenticity on the detector;

Services for use of the International payment systems for money transfer “Western Union” and "Privat Money";

Operations with the plastic cards;

Credits;

Placing of temporarily surplus funds both in UAH and in foreign currency on a deposit;

Receipt of payments for public utilities and telecommunication service and also other;

Replenishment of the telephone balance of mobile communication.

A high level of service residents of Zhytomyr have already estimated in the first working day of the Bank. Resident of  Zhytomyr Igor Cherednychenko has became the first client: opened a deposit in the Bank of Cyprus.
