OREANDA-NEWS. On 24 June 2009 was announced, that Altay grain processor PAVA had been collaborating with the United Nations within the framework of World Food Program (WFP) for more than three years. As a member of UN WFP, PAVA has wide experience in flour shipping to African and Asian countries.

A regular flour consignment was shipped from Rebrikha Mill (Altay region, Rebrikha district) to Tadzhikistan. The flour for WFP is produced according to ISO standards and is enriched by vitamins and minerals.

UN WFP makes specific demands not only on flour quality but on package as well. This time fortified flour is packed in special three-kilogram packets.
