OREANDA-NEWS. Asaka Bank will hold a general shareholders meeting on 29 June 2009.

Shareholders will consider results of 2008 activity and main directions of the work in 2009. The event will discuss report of the Board, report of internal audit, accounting balance, etc.

The meeting will also adopt decision on distribution of income, determine audit company for 2009, elect members of the council and revision commission and others.
