OREANDA-NEWS. On 22 June 2009 was announced, that OJSC Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft" gives significant support to the enterprises of the agricultural sector of the Orenburg Region providing an essential discount on oil products during agricultural labor.

Help is lent under the Agreement on supply of oil products to the enterprises of the agricultural sector of the Orenburg Region, signed between the Administration of the Orenburg Region and the Management of OJSC Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft".

For the period from March up to and including May 2009 OJSC Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft" sold through its subsidiary enterprise OJSC “Orenburgnefteproduct” to the agricultural producers of the Region 34 thousand tons of gas oil and 4 thousand tons of gasoline Normal-80 at a discount to 5% - 7% from wholesale arm’s-length prices in the oil depots of the enterprise. That said the discount amount made more than 30 million Rubles.

The oil company is also going to give support to the agricultural sector of the Orenburg Region during the summer and autumn harvest-work. Oil products quota will be monthly specified.
