OREANDA-NEWS. June 22, 2009. Ivan Pushkarev, director of the executive office of personnel, and Maksim Kalatsey, manager of the protocol group of the executive office of personnel, were interested in a working experience of the protocol office of KAMAZ Foreign Trade Company.

According to Ivan Pushkarev, this is the first meeting with colleagues in a series of visits during which the metallurgists intend to share their experience and see how the work of the protocol service is organized at other enterprises closely cooperating with Russian and foreign companies. They started “with KAMAZ” because, firstly, Cherepovetsk Metallurgical Plant and KAMAZ are partners and, secondly, the protocol service of ZAO KAMAZ FTC won in a Russian contest and became the laureate of the National Occupational Award in the sphere of protocol, image and reputation in the nomination “For contribution to the growth of the company’s reputation potential” in 2007.

The guests were interested in all the refinements of the KAMAZ protocol – from experience in organization of business meetings and negotiations to requirements to the skill level of the specialists of the protocol group. And it is no mere chance. According to Fania Borova, director of the protocol office of ZAO KAMAZ FTC, the result of negotiations depends on efficiency of the group’s work in many respects, in other words, efficiency of the protocol service specialists’ work depends on a vehicle sales level.

The delegation of the managers of Cherepovetsk Metallurgical Plant OAO Severstal requested to organize an excursion to the automobile plant for them. “We wanted to see how the Dakar champions are born”, - the guests explained their wish.
