On June 8, 2009, Corporation Tsesna Board of Directors received notices from Board of Directors members Nurzhan Turgumbaev, Anatolyi Ostrovskyi, Amin Azzam on early termination of their authorities.

in compliance with item 4 of article 55 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Joint Stock Companies" authorities Corporation Tsesna Board of Directors members Nurzhan Turgumbaev, Anatolyi Ostrovskyi, Amin Azzam were terminated from the moment of the notices receipt.
