OREANDA-NEWS. June 22, 2009. S7, the largest Russian domestic carrier in 2008, announces re-launch of its own regular flights from Irkutsk to Tashkent (Uzbekistan) and Beijing (China), reported the press-centre of S7.

S7 flights from Irkutsk to Tashkent will start on June 23, 2009. The airline will make one flight per week, on Tuesdays. S7 is the only airline to offer its passengers a direct flight between these destinations.

The first S7 flight to Beijing is on June 24, 2009. The flights frequency is twice per week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Both flights will be served by new Airbus A320s. The plane has 158 seats in economic and business class.

Currently S7 makes its own regular flights from Irkutsk to Moscow, Novosibirsk and Vladivostok. There are 21 flights from Irkutsk per week in summer.
