OREANDA-NEWS. On June 17, 2009 Zhansaya-Producing (Almaty), a company listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE the company concluded a large deal with Seven Rivers Capital (Almaty) and Accumulative pension fund Kazakhmys (Zhezkazgan), reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the message Zhansaya-Producing transferred its land lot in Almaty with all buildings and constructions located therein to fully redeem the debt before the two companies.
