On 19 June 2009 was announced, that the branch of Ingosstrakh-M in Kursk won the tender for the state contract of compulsory medical insurance for the employees of the Kursk regional branch of the Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation. The total number of insured persons is 225.

Besides, Ingosstrakh-M will provide compulsory medical insurance to the branch of the RF Pension Fund in the Vladimir region (154 employees), Administration of Chernogorsk in the Republic of Khakassia (91 employees), the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Tver Region (32 employees) and the Sovetsky division of the Chelyabinsk Division of the Federal Treasury in the Chelyabinsk region (34 employees).
