OREANDA-NEWS. On 19 June 2009 was announced, that CJSC DSK  Blok (100% subsidiary of LSR Group) has won the auction for housing construction in the Osinaya Roscha settlement in St. Petersburg, held by the Ministry of Defence. According to the official auction results, the total amount of the government contract is RUR 11,385 million.

As a general contractor CJSC DSK  Blok is to prepare specification documents and build 49 houses of 9-17 floors.

The planned completion date is no later than 30 June 2011.

Currently LSR Group is taking part in other auctions the results of which will be known in the near future.

CJSC DSK  Blok is one of the St. Petersburg panel construction market leaders in the manufacture and construction of prefabricated panel houses. Founded in 1992, it is the only company in the panel construction market of St. Petersburg using the seamless facade fit-out technology.

 In 2007, DSK Blok was awarded the status of “Leader of Russian Economy” In 2008, the company was awarded the title of “Best Building Contractor for the Needs of St. Petersburg’s Public Procurement”.
