OREANDA-NEWS. On 19 June 2009 was announced, that Russian CARE-Holding (Tatarstan) company and OJSC Financial Investment Company AAA received certificates from President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov on the allocation of 18 and 12.5 hectares of land respectively in the national tourist zone "Avaza". The award ceremony was held on June 15 following a grand presentation of the first stage of construction of the tourist zone on the Caspian Sea coast.

CARE-Holding will build at its own expense a sanatoria and health resort "Goller Sui" and indoor ski center operating round the year in "Avaza". The track will be able to take up to 120 people at a time. There can be held competitions and training of athletes, entertainment shows, skiing trainings for children and adults. The project also provides for a skating rink, children's snow slide, fitness center and winter equipment renting facilities. The project was presented by a governmental delegation of Tatarstan headed by Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov.

OJSC Financial Investment Company AAA will build at its own expense a luxury hotel on the Turkmen coast of the Caspian Sea. In addition to the 12-storey hotel for 450 beads the hotel complex will also have a number of shopping and entertainment centers.
