OREANDA-NEWS. June 18, 2009. The visitors of the Automobile Show of Trucks and Commercial Vehicles TIR’2009 took a great interest in KAMAZ vehicles.

Despite an extremely difficult situation on the Ukrainian automobile market, some entities of the KAMAZ commodity distribution network found resources of finance and resumed purchases of KAMAZ vehicles. It was they who presented popular and new models of KAMAZ vehicles at the International Automobile Show TIR’2009. Specialists gave a high appraisal to a farm dump truck KAMAZ-45143 (carrying capacity 10 t, body cubic capacity 15.4 m3) and a dump truck AS-10 on chassis of a KAMAZ vehicle with a body produced by the Kremenchuk plant Tekhtransmash (body space 14.5 m3).

A farm truck market is the first to rise in Ukraine as well as in Russia. Deliveries of KAMAZ-43253, -53215, -65117, -45143, -45142 vehicles in demand have recently been resumed. Besides, this year 29 units of KAMAZ-43253 chassis were delivered to the Ukrainian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the first time. Equipment will be installed on them at the plant of special equipment Pozhspetsmash (Priluki).

Regardless of the crisis situation, ZAO KAMAZ Foreign Trade Company (FTC) continues searching for new opportunities to promote production of KAMAZ Inc. With the purpose of optimizing a sales structure on the basis of production capacities of Agro-Soyuz Corporation, one of the largest agro-industrial Ukrainian holdings, a new company was created with the help of large investors – OOO KAMAZ-Ukraine with which FTC signed a dealer agreement on deliveries of 600 units of automotive equipment in 2009. Subdealer contracts are signed with other entities of the commodity distribution network (CDN). There are contracts on after-sales service and maintenance of KAMAZ vehicles signed with all partners.

Taking into account a changed market capacity, each deal is currently being worked through by the CDN entities jointly with the managers of KAMAZ Inc. in Kiev.
