OREANDA-NEWS. June 18, 2009. Mother gathering conveyors of KAMAZ Automobile Plant resumed their work and started fulfilling the production plan for June made according to the orders from dealers, customers and governmental organizations.

Other units of the company – OAO KAMAZ-Metallurgy, OAO KAMAZinstrumentspetsmash, etc. – started their production activity at the beginning of the month. The reason for the phased schedule is the most efficient production rate and simultaneously – the necessity of reducing goods-in-process and peculiarities of the production string.

1721 assembly sets of vehicles will be produced and delivered in all during the month. The mother gathering conveyors of Automobile Plant will assemble 1545 trucks and chassis. KAMAZ-Diesel will produce 1489 engines and power units. Spare parts to the earlier made vehicles will be produced to the tune of over 320 million roubles.

It is planned that the mother gathering conveyors of KAMAZ will work to 22 June inclusive.
