OREANDA-NEWS. June 15, 2009. Mini-branches of Sviaz-Bank’s St. Petersburg Branch operating from the city’s post offices have started handling BLIZKO cash transfers for their customers, reported the press-centre of BTA Bank.

The new service now offered by the Bank’s mini-branches allows customers to make cash transfers in rubles instantly across Russia and to CIS countries. The mini-branches charge a commission at a rate of 1.3% to 2%, depending on the sum transferred. A transfer takes one minute regardless of destination.

The mini-branches are open from Monday to Friday between 11:00 and 20:00 hours at the following addresses in St. Petersburg
