OREANDA-NEWS. June 15, 2009. Eesti Energia, EMT and Elion Ettevotted are those Estonian companies where the largest number of people would like to work, according to the survey into reputation of employers conducted by EMOR, reported the press-centre of EMT.

According to the project manager of the survey Ulle Parnoja, recession and rising unemployment changes expectations on working conditions and employers dramatically. The list of most reputable employers shows just that – employees prefer large and stable companies.

Employees are no longer dreaming about bonuses; rather they expect the management to make quality decisions, which would guarantee survival of the company and preservation of jobs.
