OREANDA-NEWS. June 15, 2009. JSCIB “UkrSibbank”, underwriter and paying agent of LLC “Atlant-M International Automobile Holding” bonds issue, informs that the Issuer has fully and in time paid interest yield on both series bonds. Interest yield for the ninth-twelfth interest periods (till maturity) of both series bonds equals 20% p.a. that makes up UAH 49.86 per bond, reported the press-centre of UkrSibbank.

The Issuer has also fully paid nominal value of the bonds offered – A series bonds in December 2008, В series – in March 2009 that proves its particular responsibility towards bond holders.

Basic parameters of the issue:

Emission volume: UAH 100 000 000.00, two series for UAH 50 000 000.00;

Nominal value per bond: UAH 1 000;

Interest yield for the ninth-twelfth interest periods on both series: 20% p.a. in UAH;

Interest period: 91 days;

Premature sale of bonds: on expiry of the 4-th and 8-th interest periods;

А series – UAH 50 000 000.00; maturity - 36 months: December 11, 2006 – December 07, 2009;

В series – UAH 50 000 000.00; maturity - 36 months: March 12, 2007 – March 08, 2010;
