OREANDA-NEWS. On June 10, 2009 at its regular sitting, the CMU approved decisions directed to support of shipbuilding enterprises as nowadays the national shipbuilding branch is suffering significant output drop which was entailed by the global financial crunch.

At this, first of all the fallouts of the world recession have negatively influenced enterprises of shipbuilding and instrument making. That’s why the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine on agreement with a central committee of trade union of employees of shipbuilding industry has elaborated documents having huge importance for further activity of enterprises of the branch.

In particular, it is envisaged to add the list of shipbuilding enterprises for which measures of state support of shipbuilding enterprises are applied, meaning that the list will be added with enterprises of shipbuilding and instrument making that deal with design and production of accessories for ships. It will give chance to the enterprises on the list to ensure growth of industrial production, increase of incomes, raising salaries.

It should be noted that approval of draft normative acts under conditions of the world financial crunch will have great impact on further fate of enterprises of sea shipbuilding and instrument making.
