OREANDA-NEWS. June 15, 2009. The National Entrepreneurship Assistance Fund under the Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan has announced acceptance of bids from employers for the purpose for financing investment projects on refrigerated warehouses on the basis of technologies conforming to international standards for storage and sales of fruits, vegetables and other food products.

The Fund says that each cold store should be designed for 2,000 tons.

The bids will be received on 4 economic regions: Aran, Guba-Khachmaz, Ganja-Gazakh and Lankaran. The bids will be financed at the expense of employers themselves, NESF and Azerbaijan Investment Company,” it was reported.

The bids must be submitted till 6 pm on 15 July 2009. The envelopes with bids will be unsealed at 12 am on 17 July. The Fund’s National Council will publish its decision on 31 July.
