OREANDA-NEWS. June 10, 2009. Belavia Belarusian Airlines will operate regular direct flights on the route Minsk- Beirut-Minsk. During the last years direct air communication between Belarus and Lebanon capitals have been existing only on the base of charter- agreements that presented some difficulties for the passengers in their trip planning. Opening of the new regular direct flight will help to save money and time as the air fares for the direct flight are equal to the fares for transit flights operating with the assistance of foreign air carriers. Flight time from Minsk to Beirut is more than 3 hours.

Moreover, after opening the flight foreign airlines and Belavia agents will get the right to sell tickets on the territory of the Republic of Belarus and abroad.

The regular flight Minsk- Beirut will be operated daily on Thursdays on Boeing- 737/500 with providing business and economy-class services.
Departure from Minsk  –   08.30;  Arrival at Beirut  –   11.40  
Departure from Beirut  –   12.40;  Arrival to Minsk  –   16.00
