OREANDA-NEWS  On 09 June Ukrainian Minister of Justice Mykola Ohishchuk announced that Ukraine completely fulfilled 8 recommendations and partially 17 recommendations of the Group of States Against Corruption (GRECO). According to him, there are no unfulfilled obligations left.

The Minister informed on May 13 of the current year during the 42-nd plenary sitting of GRECO in Strasbourg the document approved was Ukraine’s Report on implementation of 25 recommendations formed on the outcomes of first and second joint rounds of evaluation provided by this organization.

The Government of Ukraine approved a decision to publish the mentioned Report, a Ukrainian version of which has been completed. The GRECO President Drago Kos has been already informed as to the Report to be published to the Governmental Portal and the site of Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 9 of 2009.
