OREANDA-NEWS. On 09 June 2009 was announced, that in accordance with an Order of the General Director of VolgaTelecom, Taisiya Sipatova has been appointed deputy CFO of VolgaTelecom. She began to exercise her official duties on May 19, 2009.

Taisiya Mikhailova Sipatova graduated from the Correspondence Division of the All-Union Institute of Economics (1986) with a major in “Analysis of Business Activity” and the Volga-Vyatkaya Academy of State Service (1998) with a specialty as Manager of Special, State and Municipal Property”.

From 1971 to 2002 Ms. Sipatova worked at a number of companies and state enterprises in the Nizhny Novgorod region. In 2002 she came to work at VolgaTelecom, where she subsequently held the position of head of the cash department, deputy general director, first deputy general director of economics and finance (CFO).

From 2005 until 2009 she worked as deputy CFO of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of VolgaTelecom.

In May 2009 she was appointed as deputy CFO of Volga Telecom.
