OREANDA-NEWS. On 09 June 2009 was announced, that Sibirtelecom received the first Rub 1.4 bln tranche from Sberbank of Russia on extending three non-revolving credit lines.

The loan proceeds are to be used to finance the company’s 2009 investment program and refinance the current obligations of Sibirtelecom.

The details on the credit lines are as follows:

Non-revolving credit line;

Amount of credit line – Rub 1 bln;

Term of credit line – 5 years;

Interest rate – 20%;

Total amount of borrowed credit resources – Rub 3 bln.
