OREANDA-NEWS. On 09 June 2009 was announced, that a new station called Tekhnopark is to be open between Avtozavodskaya and Kolomenskaya on the Zamoskvoretskaya line of the Moscow metro in 2 years.

According to first deputy Moscow Mayor, Yury Roslyak, the exact period of the development depends on the economic situation in Russia and the stability of enterprises to occupy an industrial park near the station.

The official added that there was no need to draw investors in building Tekhnopark. Besides, a new shopping centre is to be erected near it.
