OREANDA-NEWS  On 08 June Development Bank of Kazakhstan informed on changes in Board of Directors and Management Board.

Development Bank of Kazakhstan (Astana), bonds of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange:

Quotation beginning

On June 1, 2009 the Board of National wellbeing fund Samruk-Kazyna made the following decision:

1. To ouster from the Board of Directors of Development Bank of Kazakhstan the following members of the Board of Directors:

   Kaliya Salimbaeva;

   Zhanat Zhakanov.

2. To include in the Board of Directors:

   Aydan Karibzhanov;

   Gani Iskaliev.

On June 2, 2009 the Board of Directors of Development Bank of Kazakhstan
made the following decisions:

1. To agree with the decision of the Board of National wellbeing fund Samruk-Kazyna (the only shareholder of the bank) before June 1, 2008 regarding early release of authorities of Zhanat Zhakanov in the capacity of the President of Development Bank of Kazakhstan and appointment of Gani Iskaliev as Chairman of the Board of Development Bank of Kazakhstan.

2. To determine that the decision of the Board of Directors is made effective June 3, 2009.

3. To define quantitative composition of the Board of Development Bank of Kazakhstan - 6 people and term of authorities - 3 years from coming into force of items 1 and 3 of the decision.

4. To appoint managing directors - members of the Board of Development Bank of Kazakhstan:

 - Zhanat Zhakanov

 - Kaliya Salimbaeva

 - Nurali Aliev

 - Edigen Mukhanov

 - Berik Otemurat.

5. To rule, the decision of the Board of Directors is to be made effective beginning June 3, 2009.
