OREANDA-NEWS. June 08, 2009. AZEL company took part in the “Caspian Oil and Gas” exhibition that was held in Baku on 2-5 June, 2009. At the exhibition took part more than 250 companies from 20 countries all over the world. The official opening ceremony was held under the aegis of the President of Azerbaijan Mr. Ilham Aliyev.

“We consider “Caspian Oil and Gas” the most important regional exhibition and every year took part in it demonstrating the latest achievements in the world industry. Participation of AZEL in this important event reflects our company’s strategy aimed at using of oil resources to the development of non-oil sector of Azerbaijani economy. In this regard IT technologies play catalyst role in economic development”, noted Chairman of Supervisory Board, AZEL Igor Yakovenko.
At AZEL’s booth were presented high-tech solutions of technological leaders - Symantec, VMware and NetApp.  All mentioned solutions enable the company to accelerate time to deployment, improve quality, and reduce cost.
Non random  that AZEL’s booth attracted attention of the visitors and participants as world wide economic trends dictates the revision of priorities in business organization towards the most effective use of IT technologies in order to  increase competitiveness of business.
