OREANDA-NEWS. On 08 June 2009 was announced, that BTA Bank had made a decision to prolong the deadline of the mortgage program on individual terms for employees of the large amalgamation of Mangistau region – MAEK-Kazatomprom Ltd.

The expected volume within the second period of mortgage program amounts to USD 3mn or 100 apartments.

Despite the price raise of resources at the market BTA Bank will keep the previous terms of mortgage crediting exactly for this company. In particular, according to the mortgage program terms for employees of MAEK-Kazatomprom Ltd. initial installment compiles 5% out of evaluated price of the targeted property. Fee rate is 12,5% per year. The size of the mortgage banking loan is not to be exceeded USD 300 000 (equivalent in Tenge). Bank credits are given out up to 20 years.

Within the individual mortgage program being realized by BTA since 2007, one hundred (100) employees of MAEK-Kazatomprom company have already received an opportunity to purchase accommodation in Aktau city.
